The party of ever greater federal gov't control of our lives files state-level actions against a fed gov't that is rolling back overbearing fed regulations. A state AG is fighting for more federal interference, but calling the fed its "biggest threat." I'm in the Twilight Zone.

Have you paid attention to which regulations have been rolled back? Many are needed consumer, safety, and environmental protections. You might want to take a look at the full list.

We probably have a philosophical difference of opinion on the correct role of the federal gov't. Regardless, most of the "rollback" is technical in nature, specific to terms and references inside individual clauses of regulations. States can work to enact these regs if needed.

I can understand your statement, however, many regulations address issues that have a national reach. Others cross state lines. Drinking water, pollution, the ability to bring class-action lawsuits against certain types of businesses, fraud and disclosure protections, etc.

These issues (and many others) aren’t isolated to states, given the nature of commerce and the environment.

New York’s AG @AGSchneiderman has set the bar high for other AG’s country wide. After successfully challenging this administration’s illegal Muslim Ban, followed by Net Neutrality, i would love to see him sue Trump over DACA & also hold Congress accountable for CHIP program.

So, you are proud of something that the SCOTUS overturned. You obviously don’t care about the constitution. Just move to Canada.

This SCOTUS you’re talking about is partisan and so biased they serve Trump and not the American people. And it’s an absolute honor to move to Canada where they have an able leader rather than led by a weak and mentally retarded president.
