Forget about a bottle of wine as a closing gift. Real estate brokers are giving clients rescue dogs, custom-made dollhouses and personalized bobbleheads.http://nyti.ms/2l0EqMm

Yes, exactly! Bad idea. Animals are not tokens - you want to give a living thing then choose a plant.

Not pets. That’s why they end up homeless because we give them as gifts to people not ready for responsibilities

If a client can’t adopt a dog on their own terms why would you just give them the dog🐕? FYI our agent gave us a popcorn maker for our 4 y/o upon closing.

It's a good service but they should make sure compatibility is there or the dogs will be homeless again.

...perhaps for singles dedicated to their careers they can provide a rent-to-own family; complete with dog, cat, adorable children eagerly awaiting the buyer's return home and rent-a-partner with a hot, tasty meal waiting on the dining room table...

Oh hey, thank you for the 10-15 years of daily walks, vet bills, wet dog smell, and a level of responsibility I hadn't made a person commitment to. This is great.

I wouldn’t want a dog, a dollhouse, nor a bobble head. Wine or a restaurant gift card is just fine.

Wow this year end Manhattan properties sold in November & December 2017 look like a gift for about $750 K for Sutton Place east 50s - 1 bedroom can convert to 2 and $850 K for Chelsea all 2 bedroom to 3 bedrooms. See below conversionspic.twitter.com/zdNQY5mpBQ
