The Teflon Don has more emoluments cases against him in federal court, and those plaintiffs will likely have standing (other D.C. hotels, etc.)

So they plaintiffs discovered that they are just like 90% of us in the hinterland; unworthy of protection from the Lord and Master.

Exactly who is this knight in shining armor you refer too? By the way, how big is your Christmas bonus going to be? It is all the rage, you know.

Bob, some people care more about short-term benefits for themselves than they do about protecting our constitutional form of government. "So what if someone runs roughshod over the Rule of Law as long as I am more comfortable?" Not patriotic but common today, unfortunately.

I must have triggered Christopher. Be blocked me. I am guessing that I hurt his feelings because I didn't keep tweeting him yesterday once I got busy at work? 🤷‍♀️Oh well...

Trump may get away with violating the emoluments clause but he will be hardput to explain money laundering thru his loans from Deutsche bank backed by a Russian oligarch 👉 Putin crony

Ah, fixed the headline news story, I see. Yup. Now it's up to Congress. And we all know that's not gonna happen.

        What does "standing" mean?

To sue you have to demonstrate you've been harmed. If an company spills toxic waste the person who owns the property it spilled on would "have standing", someone 2 states over who was just upset at the environmental impact but not personaly effected would have no standing.

FYI: we taxpayers pay for Trumps attorneys to defend him from profiting off the Presidency ~ it’s the DOJ!
