        When you file your 2017 taxes due in April you will use the rules that were in place before the new law. In 2018 you may see a change in withholding. Revise it to stay close to your expected liability for 2018. The 2018 liability is to be computed under the new rules.

        Nothing wrong with a poor family being able to afford a laptop, even if it is made in China. That means they have more money for food and gas, all of which does go back into our economy, and an opportunity to have a better life here in the US.

        Businesses pay employees as little as they can get away with regardless of how much money they make. This will have no effect of paychecks. consolidating wealth is never good for the economy. This will be a disaster. Just like the last time the GOP was in power.
