Don't all American citizens have standing when it comes to holding our President Constitutionally accountable? If not, why not?

It's outside the preview of the case im question. See my previous tweet for more specifics if you wish.

I was being rhetorical. I also disagree with the judge's opinion: “It is only natural that interest in his properties has generally increased since he became president,” the judge said. Which advantage is why previous presidents divested. Don't get me started on tax breaks...

The problem is the very clear Emoluments Clause was never codified into a specific US Code law. I guess everyone wrongly assumed we would never have a Congress so corrupt they would fail to impeach for such a flagrant violation of the US Constitution.

So, why does the #Emolumentsclause apply to my Ph.D.husband when he sits on an NIH advisory council ($600/yr), but not to Trump? Tons of forms to fill out yearly, & he had to give up his spot on an advisory board for the Max Planck Institute in Germany. For 600 bucks. #unfair
