        There is zero leadership and integrity in denying capable mature-age people the opportunity to contribute. It simply demonstrates shameful, immature, selfish and dishonest #labor practices. How naive and non-strategic these companies are.

        In CA the largest group of people moving in with their parents because they can find jobs are adults 50 - 65. Most tech companies won't hire women because "Our young male employees don't want to look at elderly women all day". #true #AgeDiscrimination

        Agree. All ads placed in every kind of media outlet are targeted based on demographics. Is ageism alive, yes but is FB ads the reason? NO. If those companies are looking to hire younger employees it doesn't matter how many older applicants see & apply, they still won't be hired
