Government isn't a competition. He passed a bill, he didn't win anything.

Trump achieved a victory. 99% of the country just suffered a crushing calamity.

This is what is wrong with media today. Sensationalist and inaccurate headline, no discussion in article about the actual bill itself, completely minimizing the fact that a majority of Americans don't approve. Shoddy work.

The point of media coverage is to INFORM THE READERS, not to just regurgitate what political points may or may not be earned.

I’m so grateful for the extra $100 he says I’ll see in my paycheck each month and he says I can take a vacation with it. Really? That’s not enough to pay the cable bill to watch HIM on vacation. What an ass.

Trump didn't achieve anything. His entire involvement in this process is limited to being the dope at the end of the line who's willing to sign this garbage.

It’s not a football game. This is not a victory. People’s lives are at stake. This bill is a disaster.

What's a "victory" for Trump when it's on the backs of millions of Americans who will suffer the consequences of this terrible bill?

A hollow, temporary “victory”, for disregarding the will of the majority, and raising taxes while lying and calling it a tax cut. The Republican Party just put the final nail in their coffins. Next November will be here soon—and they will be gone.

Anyway, his campaign promise was to cut taxes for the middle class. He hasn’t delivered on that promise. The whole process exemplifies the workings of swamp he promised to drain, too. The passage of this bill represents broken promises.

I’m sorry, but this headline is incredibly misleading. His campaign promise was to cut taxes for middle class and poor, specifically NOT the wealthy. He did not fulfill this promise. He went against it.
