        It’s not really divided. The NRA owns Republicans so they vote what NRA wants. Doesn’t matter what the people want. 93% want background checks on all purchases but NRA says no so that’s what Republicans do. They are wholly owned by lobbyists & donors.

        Why are we leaving it on parents, grandparents, guardians, teachers, police, psychiatric professionals, etc. to determine if someone should or shouldn't own a gun???? If we make them ALL illegal, there's no crutch left Get the damned things off the street, PERIOD. @NRA

        Domestic violence is a national scourge. Many mass shootings start as DV. Sandy hook for one, mental illnesses and killed his mother. Public opinion matters, don't watch entertainment with abuser athletes or actors
