The jobs were the best they’d ever have: collecting union wages at Ford, one of America’s most storied companies. But women at these 2 Chicago plants were treated like property or prey.http://nyti.ms/2yYi5nt

Men groped and masturbated in front of them. Supervisors traded better jobs for sex. And the women who yielded to advances were left with a sense of shame. That was decades ago. http://nyti.ms/2CH6c7P pic.twitter.com/zCdHSEg9xN

In August of this year, the EEOC reached a $10 million settlement with Ford for sexual and racial harassment at the 2 Chicago plants. A lawsuit is still making its way through the courts.http://nyti.ms/2CHFI5Y

Harassment in predominantly male fields in one way to keep women out of the best paid jobs.

FINALLY a harassment story that involves regular (not well-known) victims and perpetrators. This problem is not limited to household names, reporting shouldn't be either

Kudos to the NYT for telling the untold stories of working women too many to count who are daily sexually harassed and assaulted with nowhere to turn for help especially the most vulnerable women of color and immigrant women.

So does “The Right” and still does. What’s your point? Also, the Ford Company traditionally supports Republican candidates so again, what’s your point?

You know what? You don't get to denounce Ford when you're doing the same damn thing. How about your pinned tweet be about denouncing and firing Glenn Thrush for sexually harassing, assaulting, and then spreading rumours about female coworkers. Oh wait. You didn't.
