I am gay, but I must say that if a private business refuses to serve someone they have the right to do so. It sucks and I hate it but it is their business and I could always find another bakery. Unfortunately that's the way it is.

I would assume (hopefully) they would go out of business. Which is what we want, it means individuals have the power, not governments. BUT unless you can discriminate against everybody (blacks, whites, women, muslims), its federally sanctioned discrimination against one group

That does make sense. And I do hope the supreme court still rules in favor of the gay couple

To be a religious bigot, or to not be a religious bigot? That is the question.

Next there will be businesses with "For Whites Only" signs. Some people take Trumps MAGA Doctrine too far. Where does it end?

Just have a sign in the window stating "All cake proceeds will go to Trump/Brexit/other hated current thing" and they'll work themselves out.

Sadly, to say there are people in the LBGT community that will accommodate same-sex couples with ANY request but these people are PURPOSELY targeting religious organizations or business and they are protected under the CONSTITUTION. A sex partner is a CHOICE even if identical.

🍁This is not the Baker supporting Gay marriage, but a Gay marriage supporting the Bakery. * Should he refuse to comply- pull its license to serve the public or apply a fine, as 'gay people' are part of the very public they were licensed to serve.

I'm a cake decorator. And in the case of the American lawsuit, make a cake for one wedding, make a cake for all. I agree. This UK case is a little different. More complicated legally. Refusing viewpoints covers us all. Their gay marriage refusal...my racism refusal. Messy
