        Great article.. kudos to john branch for writing this.. superlative writing and fantastic photographs.. the article was sensitive toward both the victims and the rescuers.. very well balanced.. can't praise the article enough

        ....And their remains are lying along the 'way' up..still preserved, because of the cold, in the 'higher' altitudes..And, noone can retrieve them, as they're struggling to live, themselves, as they 'pass' their bodies..Grim..

        How selfish of people. Ooohh i want to climb as high as i can go, look mommy, look daddy, see what i can do.. AND NOW IM DEAD.. Leaving behind mourning family members all because you just had to show us all how high you could climb.. Selfish.. I feel sorry for the families.
