Also, for anyone wondering, HR is not your friend. Not ever. HR works for the entity that pays it.

Same with unions. HR training is like taking legal advice from the opposing counsel. They all follow the money

The union, (in many cases), & especially HR work for the construct & aren't on the side of the employee! That's why they try to keep everything in-house, so they can try to control the situation & control the options of the employee making the harassment claim!

Yes Audre they are in most cases, however unions aren't always on the side of the member. Remember that most unions are funded by the company. Union dues come from employees who get the money to fund the union from their checks which comes from the company..

I see.. so what are one's options if they can't go to hr or unions?

Of course always check with your union reps or HR, but if you're feeling like ur not being represented right, you have a right to seek outside representation. Don't sign any clauses that prohibited you from seeking outside assistance..

Simple solution, chastity belts provided by the company. If they are opened it is on her. If they are broken it is on him! It is a very sick society that doesn't remember the desires and loving feelings that result from both men and women seeking true love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sexual harassment won't sop until companies implement strong policies that don't allow it, from men or women.
