Puerto Rico was deep in corruption that made Chicago look like a model in a civics course. Decades of corruption was exposed by hurricane. Unless there is oversight, any investment will end up in a Swiss bank account not in improved infrastructure. Sad. Beautiful island.

Listen up, moron. I'm only going to explain this once. Puerto Rico is an ISLAND, and a US TERRITORY. It is not a country. Not. A. Country. You were homeschooled, right?

I blame the Puerto Rican people. Why place all your eggs in one basket, the USA? They don’t support the people’s best interest. Trusting American hedge funds with your sovereign wealth, not smart, and now hurricane support. Diversify. Independence, then go global.
