        There is no excuse. For as long as I can remember Vatican has moved like a turtle when pursuing child abuse. No excuse. Secrecy is the enemy.

        Just as the sexual assault of women, the sexual abuse of children is also a hidden crime perpetrated under patriarchy and capitalism. Women's unequal status and the exploitation of children makes these crimes possible.

        He isn't just a random priest. He's the embodiment of institutionalized sexual abuses by the Catholic Church over decades with many many allegations of cover up.
