Why is money to feed inmates being deposited in personal accounts of the local sheriff? That is CUSTOMARY in most of Alabama and needs to be something changed. It incentivizes underfeeding inmates!

A southern sheriff taking $’s our if the back door just like our senators and representatives do and it’s trump’s fault. You forfeit all of your credibility ( were you to have any) by looping trump into this article. The sheriff in my parish was doing same thing in 1968!
