The executive did not know that the woman he was speaking to was one of several who had accused Masterson of rapehttp://nyti.ms/2AZfDzO

And it doesn't matter whether he knew or not. How about you have a more pro women post instead of a pro male ignorance post.

It's almost worse that the executive didn't know with whom he was speaking. Any company in its right mind should fire a person who spreads sensitive company business to total strangers.

All this companies that fired hard working men based on rumors, unproven rumors, are doing a great damage to their lifes! The country! And democracy! Everyone is INNocent until proven the contrary!

Maybe you should get some facts. These so called "hard working men" aren't fired for rumors. There's something called evidence and the responsibility of employers to protect victims and other employees from predators.

That really sucks, the guy was set up while he was coaching a child's soccer game. He didn't rape anybody. He shouldn't have commented, but firing the guy? Seems excessive.

Considering rape is a crime, didn't matter what that company believed or not. They had the responsibility to remove a potential threat to other employees, then allow the authorities to investigate.

I don't understand... as of right now there is no law requiring anyone to believe accusations in the absence of evidence. Hearsay is never admissible as evidence. If this lynch mob mentality isn't born of the liberal left, nothing is. #FakeNews #DukeLacrosse
