        But the 6% are some of the worst and most lethal. Pancreatic cancer and colon cancer are no joke. Isn't it nice to know they are preventable if you take care of yourself?

        That’s exactly my point. They sunk to using tabloid headline tricks to report on a medical study that wasn’t worth reporting in the first place. If the research findings were valid, they wouldn’t have needed a sensational headline to drive traffic to their site.

        Forks over knives is veg&n propaganda. no thanks. Too many carbs kill, simple and complex, they are all sugars. Low carb, Keto, Paleo leads to vibrant health.

        Some fruits, veggies, no grains, no legumes, good quality meats and fats... No heart disease. I try to eat as few foods containing anti-nutrients as possible.
