For other presidents, every day is a test of how to be a leader. For Trump, it is a battle for self-preservation.http://nyti.ms/2BRJAAX

If people don't respect him, it's his fault!!! He's never been able or capable of being positive!!! All through out his life, he's focused on being a bully, it doesn't work in business and it sure as heck doesn't work in politics!

Actually I have, being negative or bullying anyone doesn't accomplish anything, on the contrary, your employees, reflect what you put out!!! That's what my family does and my husbands, basically everyone has their own!!! Respect is a beautiful thing!!!

I make more profits in being positive and respecting my employees, then being a disrespectful!!! This isn't strategy, it just comes naturally!!! I'm no ones fool and everyone knows that!

I am NOT disrespectful. Never claimed to be. However. When these kids just stand around talking, or chatting on their phone, I do have the right to demand they do their jobs. I am after all paying them to do the job. If they don't, I fire them and find someone who will work.

Have them put their phones in lockers, during working hours.

Good in theory but not always enforceable. Plus we work outside, no lockers. Also I'm an employer, not a baby sitter. I can't keep my eyes on everyone all the time. They should be adult enough and honest enough to do their jobs, not talk on the phone.

When your entire existence is based on Lie after Lie after Lie...then battling for self preservation, as you call it,is what is required to hide the truth.. Trump is the King of ill gotten gains, #PleaseResign

If Trump needs to fight so hard for self preservation then he’s doing America no good (which we knew already). He should resign and stop making things worse.

Interesting article. Doesn’t convince me that he belongs in the office or to feel sorry for him. I find him offensive and ignorant.
