So why is Trump letting China beat the pants off of us in the clean energy race? While Trump blocks development of clean energy, China will create 13 million new jobs in renewable energy, solar and wind. 2/http://www.smh.com.au/world/in-china-the-war-on-coal-just-got-serious-20171011-gyyvi6.html …

China is already the world's largest renewable energy employer, with 3.5 million people working in the sector. While Trump cuts investments in future energy sources in order to go back to coal. NOT smart. 3/

China added 21 gigawatts of solar capacity in the past six months. Of 205 million registered cars, 1 million are "new energy" vehicles. We need a SMART leader who will see this as China's "Sputnik" & will motivate the US to compete w/ China to develop energy of the future! 4/

If you think that because China has water pollution problems it isn't capable of surpassing us in the development of clean energy technologies, then you need to become a little more informed.

Maybe people are not responding because your question reveals such a profound lack of knowledge that you would never understand/accept the answer. In short: global warming causes climate change and shifts in normal weather systems.
