I honestly don’t see what the big damn deal is about this. I have gifts and cards from past loves on which I’ve written the date and sometimes location. I’d be willing to bet I’m not the only woman out there to have done this. It doesn’t invalidate the note or signature.

Sure did, if that’s the pen I had handy at the time, since it was never about pretending the person who signed it also wrote the date and location. Some of them are even in purple ink when the original inscription was in black (oh, the horror!!)

And yes, sometimes I’ve even added last names to the inscriptions of people who only signed first names. Why does that mean that they never signed it in the first place? Is there a magical vortex that makes it like it never happened? 😂

It’s the same as when we would trade school pics back in the day. Friend writes something cheesy, if they didn’t include year, etc...I would write it on there myself to distinguish

Exactly. I don’t get why people are acting like this is some Earth-shattering concept. 🙄

"Moore Accuser Admits She Wrote Part of Yearbook Inscription" is totally misleading.

Not really. She did write part of it.

Not part of his inscription. She wrote the date and location under the inscription, in her own hand.
