Zero-tolerance without due process is going to doom this era of women finding their voices to speak up. If we truly want to reach a state where women are treated with dignity and respect in the workplace, this needs to be acknowledged as well. @SenGillibrand

We have to be mindful of the mob mentality. It's dangerous and usually ends horribly. We have to step back & assess how to handle accusations of disgusting behavior against women, not create problems by rounding up the posse w/the one size fits all punishment approach.

The crucible has begun. Any woman can accuse any man of anything. No investigation or proof needed. Just a whisper, is enough to ruin a man. Women r wracking their brains 2 remember way back yrs ago, searching for that inappropriate party pix to expose him and get revenge SHAME
