        Amazing ! With all the development of revolutionary software in the field of IT the hackers still have upper hand. Why the vital resources are open to network that can bring in spyware ? Next time they can hack even VVIP flight plans. The hackers must be located & punished.

        Good for them. I hope the FBI/NSA hunt down these lawbreakers. Paying ransom just encourages more such actions. The outcome may be more costly to Mecklenberg county but there's a principle to be considered here.

        Which braindead employee downloaded the ransomware? It didn't get there by itself. The employees are clearly untrained.

        When you track down WHO they are put them in solitary confinement in JAIL .VexYse We do not have serious punishment for these people they continue to violate privacy of other people. There need to be serious consequences
