Hoping this sets a new precedent. Men with badges are NOT above the law. Men with badges who murder citizens, WILL be punished.

Thank you! Officer Slager's conviction will save more cops lives. Hopefully, good cops will finally come forward!

He was still convicted even if it was a result of his guilty plea. He just wasn't convicted by a jury, but its still called a conviction.

He was probably looking at life. The fact is, he is gone for 20 years minimum. He may be in general population. He will learn quickly how low on the totem pole he is.

Imagine if there were no video. It would have been the policeman testimony that the victim "was reaching...." How many crimes were committed by law enforcement when there was no camera?

Now if we can deal with the non-white cops who abuse and kill, and care for the white victims of police abuse who outnumber all others. What? We don't give a shit about anything but white cops victimizing minorities? My bad. Thought we wanted justice for all.

Don’t speculate. Take the win for the people and keep the pressure on. It’s up to us as citizens to fight the power.
