Was it so fast? Or has this been happening for a few years now and it's just gone ignored by the press?

No, you nailed it. It's been slow and painful. This level of suffering is incomprehensible. This is genocide and USA is actively participating. Yes, USA military is committing GENOCIDE. Can you imagine how haunted they'll be for this? I'm so disgusted and horrified. #USAWarCrimes

Stupid question. It didn't "fall" into a crisis at all. It was beaten and bombed there by US allies (the Saudis) and US supplied military equipment. Mostly under an Obama administration too.

Why there is a war and no one do much about it?

The problem is they do something about it, the suadies bomb the terrorists, rebels and innocent citizens indiscriminately. Giving people a reason to join the rebels and terrorists. It's a cycle of war that doesn't get anyone anywhere.

Yes they need to resolve it in a way that doesn't take the lives of the innocent, like through diplomacy and anti-terrorism

Fast? The Saudis, with active help of the US fueling planes & choosing targets, have been making war on Yemen for more than TWO YEARS. Oxfam, MSF & others have been screaming about this coming forever.

Hillary was pivotal in selling arms to Saudis as early as 2011... which was during Obama's first term. I know, I know, who needs to know history when everything is Trump's fault?

Not all that fast. Ask Hillary and Obama about their "collaboration" with the Saudis on the destruction of Yemen and slaughter of its people. It's now a US-UK-Saudi war crime of genocide but MSM doesn't care.

The fact most Americans haven't heard much about the genocide in Yemen this country is part of is largely due to the weak MSM that serves the state, not the people. Shame on you, NYT and co.
