No. He does not need to resign. We need him there. Until Trump Pence and all of the other sexual psychos get out of there we need to leave our Democrats where they are. And we need to understand the difference between a sexual predator and inappropriate behavior

Six women is a pattern. Forcible kissing is assault. I liked him a lot, but the evidence points to predator. Of course he's not the same as Moore, but this is beyond inappropriate.

One was enough. Either you believe the women, regardless of the party affiliation of the accused, or you don't. Franken needs to go.

Just playing devils advocate here. I completely agree about Franken. How do you guard against false accusations within a zero tolerance atmosphere?

It's a slippery slope, I agree. But you have to analyze each person's allegations, their credibility and any corroborating evidence - like videos, photos and yearbooks. Much like the Washington Post was able to see through James O'Keefe's attempted sting operation.

The "corroborating evidence" in Franken's case appears to be a photo of him not doing what he's accused of doing.

He admitted to it and apologized. It may have been a different time and he may not have had any ill intent, but we need to have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to nonconsensual contact or harassment -- regardless of our tribe.

I have zero tolerance for anyone who harasses or assaults women. Full stop. I've repeatedly said that Moore and Trump are unfit for office. As Democrats, we cannot have 2 different standards based upon party affiliation. We have to also hold our own accountable.

We should start with investigations. Franken is being investigated. We need to demand investigations into others accused. Jumping ahead to demanding resignations, before the investigations, is not respect for due process.
