Is there a constitutional right to force someone to bake a cake? That should be an easy "no"!

We can't shove our beliefs down anyone else's throats. He is an artist and does not wish to express in that way. Whether we like it or not - he has a right to refuse service. Period. Go to another cake maker.

Bunch of hypocrites. WWJD? He would bake a cake for everyone. Bunch of racist pigs. You want to be able to discriminate legally. Period.

Is a cake art? Can an artist refuse a commission?

In that case, the artist can refuse anyone he or she wants. But if a cake is a cake is a cake, in other words, a good one can get anywhere. And baking it is a service, like pumping gas, then one cannot refuse service. Interesting case.

Those signs are meaningless when it comes to protected classes. Gay people are a protected class in Colorado.
