I wonder if, as Bill was not an employee of Fox News at the time the statements were made, can Fox News ask to be moved to the petitioner side with the object being that Fox News will be reimbursed for any future legal and punitive expenses as a failure on his part as well?

I dislike Fox for peddling crap as news, but there would definitely be something poetic about him being left hanging in the breeze all alone.

Can’t we just lock all these fuckers in a closet in a really unpleasant place and forget about them?

We can pretty much think of 32,000,000 reasons why those allegations have merit, unless Billy just likes throwing money around like a Vanderbilt.
