Maybe I'm wrong but my understanding of an appeal is that if the case is overturned they could retry him and he could and should get a lot more time in prison So I say let him appeal and win Then seat a jury in front of a judge who will sentence him to 20 plus years in prison

You don’t enter someone’s house when they’re sleeping or passed out so why would you think it’s okay to enter someone’s vagina when they’re sleeping or passed out? Is it more clear to you who owns a house and than who owns a vagina?

Feel free and if someone asks why women look good, apply make up, or do up their hair feel free to point that your houseloomi g good, applying paint to it or doing up the garden isn’t to entice robbers to force their way in. It’s because that’s how you want things to look.

Some percentage of this crime is her fault. She was by herself, chose to drank to the point where she couldn’t walk anymore.

No percentege is her fault. Criminals are responsible for crimes that’s why they do 100% of the punishment. They don’t split it with the victims 80/20, 40/60. Blaming a victim is siding with him.

How can’t you blame the victim? She chose to drink and go to a party by herself!! Maybe next time don’t drink as much and go with a friend.

Maybe next time don’t sexually abuse a passed out person. Radical concept -women can go places by themselves and consume alcohol whenever they want too. Does ever female have to go places with another person to be safe? Can women not consume alcohol without expecting to be safe?

"Convicted rapist". The term you're looking for, @nytimes , is "convicted rapist". Much like, in the interview with Tony Hovatar, the pertinent fact is "Nazi". The rest is fluff that in no way makes up for being a Nazi.

Typical @nytimes not calling it what it is..giving this criminal a break correct, he is "a convicted rapist".. remember when "The Times" were an unbiased source and you could reference it in your school term papers..not anymore dodgy journalism at best..
