John McCain, undergoing cancer treatment paid for by taxes, just voted to vote to end cancer treatment for taxpayers on Medicare. And we paid him to do it.

No need to. Every opponent’s campaign ad will hang this shame around their necks like an albatross. Everyone will know.

Shame on you, @lisamurkowski & @SenatorCollins - you two have impressed me until now. And @SenJohnMcCain - even more disappointing - this is your legacy; you have just released it into the hands of this broken party. So shameful.

Agreed. I once had great respect for John McCain. Had he voted no, this bill would never have passed as others would have voted in line with him. Given his history and even his health situation, I had thought he would come around. Beyond disappointed.

All Republicans, except Corker voted Yes. All Dems and Corker voted No. There, I saved everyone time. Remember this in 2018 & 2020. Make sure they hear us loud and clear.
