You know, considering what this man was convicted of doing, who cares?

-
I think their point is that he deserved punishment not an easy way out?
-
At this point he is gone and by his own hand. He is in the right place now to receive real and absolutely justice
-
Agree, he still got away with ease, lot of innocent ones suffered and still suffering and living with painful memories

-
Very dear friend of mine survived this man. She is still coping. I hope it helped that the monster was convicted before he killed himself.

I realize the "dramatic" fashion of his death is good for business, but judging from the media, we may never find out about the horrific deaths of his victims. Please point out this monster's war crimes in addition to highlighting his antics, and playing into his hand.

Goering did the same in his cell at Nuremberg , now how he got the cynide pill still remains a mystery today ! Maybe more Russian meddling in our free world , maybe this war criminal bought it in the black market somewhere in Sarajevo !! Only time will tell !!

Praljak's goal was to hijack the proceedings, shifting focus from his crimes against humanity (POWs as slaves, concentration camps, murder, displacement, etc.) to his final act. Clearly he succeeded. Why not report on his crimes and conviction instead of this circus?

Coward!

Why? It’s not like The Hague has torture chambers.
-
I was in Bosnia (Army Medic) it changed my life and made me loose a lot of faith in people. Those monsters deserve the worst

This leaves me conflicted. On the one hand the courts and legal system have a duty of care toward their prisoners on the other hand the guy was a murdering thug that the prison service is now spared the maintenance of for the next 20 years.
-
Do you know what he was accused for?
-
not the details but they were murderous war crimes massacres and the like which is why he was up before the war crimes tribunals
-
It's obvious you don't. The guilt should be individualized.
-
I can go look it up but I know that by the time the international courts get to sentence you that your crimes are pretty horrific they don't take on single murder cases only the big ones so you know what I didn't kill the guy he killed himself I can't cry for him.
-
Really? It's nice that there still r trusting ppl around.
