        You forgot to add that the top 10% of income earners pay 70% of all income taxes, an additional 10% is paid by the top 1% of that 10% so we have 80% of are #taxes paid by 10% of the population and you wanna talk about fair equality?????? #econ101

        I earn plenty of money and bust my ass daily, thanks. And yes, I think those with more money than any of us will see in 10 lifetimes should pay much more taxes than those less fortunate.

        Because they benefitted more from the state than most. Their wealth depends on educated workers. Their education was financed by taxes. So were the streets for transporting their goods on, the development of communication technologies, the administrative apparatus,

        Yes, we get the items. But they get the ability to produce and, most importantly, to sell them through the common people. The dependency works both ways. If you lower the taxes for high earners, you hope their benefits will trickle down to the workers.
