What will the homeless rate be in California in 2030?

Might be best to fix California first before you indulge in your other cause.

It's truly embarrassing that this fool's little efforts from his tiny State of California is making a dent on the world stage. These major leaders of foreign countries are just laughing at him. But they're happy to take his money.

Jerry Brown is an idiot fanatico. He should focus on all the homeless PEOPLE in his major cities, since he’s a “Man of the People.”

Why worry about climaye change when we have thousands living homeless in California streets? We strangle our middle clas working 2-3 jobs to afford a home, while over taxed, charged municiple fees at every turn for welfare, illegal immigrants and social programs that do not work?

Inspite of what the federal government does to protect the environment, state governments need to step up. Going above and beyond the minimum regulations to preserve your should be the standard for all governors not the exception.

Especially when the federal government is ideologically opposed to doing anything to protect the environment.

And that's kind of my point. Governors are elected to govern their states and not just ask the federal government why they arnt doing more. It shouldn't matter who is in the White House

It matters when the White House is actively undermining the efforts of the previous administration and the states. Deregulation and gutting the EPA are not helping governors with environmental protection.

CA can ban all cars. It won’t make even a tiny dent in the world’s pollution.
