        So the #GOPTaxScam is based on some fictional growth curve that theoretically occur as a result of 'plan.' It is all a lie. The way to plan is on zero growth and if you get a surplus, sink it into infrastructure and be grateful. #TheResistance #NotOnePenny #RepublicanLies

        Maybe. But hard to compare 60s economy with today. U.S. was still in the post-WWII economy: Europe/Japan rebuilt enough to buy our goods but not enough to be competitors, much of the world truly communist, and the rest of the world too poor/dysfunctional to compete.
