In other words: "Consumers, Mr. Kay said, “will end up paying higher prices for essentially the same service.”

Loss of Net Neutrality will pull the heart right out of the USA. Only patriotic Constitution-loving Americans care about Free Speech. My Dad fought in Vietnam & believed he was fighting for freedom. Now a VN Draft Dodger slaps my trusting father, who voted for him, in the face.

This administration is all about ignoring concrete examples in reality. Look to Portugal to see the lousy effects of giving certain parties a stranglehold on the internet.

Oh, snap! the "already deregulated," Post Fairness Act "news" does not "even examine" whether Congressional/Executive Acts "are lawful or unlawful" under OUR CONSTITUTION. Merely claiming something "is going to result in more choices" apparently suffices. I see that as sad.

Reduced to its essence, the proposed State Action (i.e., deregulation) is a VIOLATION of Free Speech under the purported auspices of Commerce, plain and simple. It is going to "change the marketplace of ideas" in the U.S. for no COMPELLING REASON, i.e., it FAILS STRICT SCRUTINY.

I wonder if Trump realizes that doing away with Net Neutrality would limit the number of his followers that could access his endless moronic tweets. Maybe someone should inform him of that fact. He’d be all for Net Neutrality.
