I’m guessing you are from some Alabama swamp of inbred pedophiles and have never stepped foot in Michigan.

I literally met this michigan alum med student on my plane from michigan that’s at Columbia medical school. He was a lovely human. So are most people I’ve met in or from michigan.

It is a beautiful state with people that are very proud to live here. Detroit is a great comeback story with still a long way to go but it is exciting to see it, enjoy it and be part of it.

"Today, the sidewalks of Gilbertville are packed with millennials taking a break from beach volleyball to sip craft beer and nibble on artisanal pickles." I love how this is considered a selling point.

You oppose beer and pickles? Seriously?

I guess I oppose the verb nibble and the adjective artisanal. I also think it's weird to play beach volleyball in an urban setting. But hey more power to em

Black on black crime is a fallacy. There is far more white on white crime. We agree on the greedy bankers issue though

And a white dude shot 60 white people in one go in las vegas. There is no "black on black crime". Its just...crime.

I mean that cool but we need better education and resources in the city not just Downtown Detroit

Education is from a completely different funding source (the state) so you can't do much about that, especially when you need a lot of social workers to help families that have trouble pushing their kids through school (three pegged stool, parents, kids, teacher)
