By taking away your speed neutrality as the service provider will charge more for higher speed or put restrictions on what you browse. Basically, Agent Smith will control the Matrix.

So, my 1st question has always been, “What sin did Net Neutrality solve and why didn’t Congress pass a law to address it specifically?”

The internet was always neutral (partly due to tech limitations). Then the ISPs decided that they didn't want to follow it. And started testing limitspic.twitter.com/lKAn2cbWUF

So, I think I’m a brick on some of this bc of my usage - or lack thereof. Would fresh law from congress be better than shoe-horning internet with telephone? Was the O-Admin move the best for lack of Congressional action but inadequate in the larger scope?

A law might be best. But let's face it, Congress wasn't passing a law for Obama. So this is the next best thing. And is working.

That, I get... a sadly dysfunctional govt that seems to know no bounds to its evolution.

So without that. You need the internet as we know it to be protected. Hence the need for #NetNeutrality
