        People who move to California from the Midwest. They tend to stay away from San Francisco, Oakland, Los Angeles and Sacramento. Too much "diversity" for them.

        Really? I hail from Chicago - travelled all over the world - love 2 live in bigger cities like Chicago Houston SF - more diversity the better. Dont understand your judgement.

        I don't disagree with what you're saying at all. I grew up traveling all over the U.S. and Asia. But there have been some places where I felt less welcome than others.

        Totally agree on that - I hv been some places I hv had 2 tread lightly b/c of yankee accent in the south or liberal attitude in an ultra conservative environment like Engineering or some places in the U.S.
