        What about orphens going missing ?? There can be cases where police don't file a FIR and fool parents they are trying to find the missing..

        Same thing in the U.S., even the FBI tally is failed by confusion on whether kids run away, are kidnapped, move to a new home, or even ever existed. Then add a time passed factor, and the entire fluid mess become seemingly impossible to track... and that's in the U.S.!
