#Rwanda - The country reduced the percentage of people living below the poverty line from 57% in 2005 to 45% in 2010. Despite this, 63% of the population still live in extreme poverty, defined by the World Bank as less than $1.25 a day. - 7 Apr 2016 https://www.google.co.uk/amp/amp.weforum.org/agenda/2016/04/5-things-to-know-about-rwanda-s-economy …pic.twitter.com/Y0BM0vFw0o

My question remains, what will Rwanda do with and for them? Some of them might even be Rwandans leaving home in search of greener pastures in Europe.

I think you could change your perspective, if Rwanda can do that with their poverty levels, what are other countries waiting for to help out, more so the rich and richer ones? Uganda, a poor country, has the highest no. of refugees in the world from S.Sudan, how & why? Love!

You're right, one doesn't need to have in excess before sharing. But, if you look at it from my perspective; ask yourself why are those fleeing sub sahara Africa leaving their countries en mass, if their leaders are using aid money from The West properly!
