What choice do they have? This article is totally disingenuous. You MUST sign up or pay penalties and now is enrollment period. You make it sound as though people want to sign up. Bad law. Worse newspaper #fakenews

Awesome, 1.5 million out of 44 million. ACA was and is a failure. We need a better solution. It is now cheaper for most people to pay the fine, rather than pay for insurance. Quit picking sides, when both are wrong. Why aren't you reporting on the rise of deductible costs?

The affordable care act is a joke. Stop trying to convince people otherwise.

Just think where it would be today if GOP had not sabotaged it from day one starting with 160+ amendments

So, don't be fooled by a runaway new Repeal&Replace scam embedded in a tax break bill under color of a #TaxReform scam embedded in a new HEALTHCARE scam bill,or, whatever, just give POTUS something to sign besides UNDOINGS 🎈 of things OBAMA? People who want to protect themselves and their families need insurance.... ACA is bad law.... Trumpcare is worse law. Until we can get a leader who will work with ALL AMERICANS we should just leave ACA alone. People are hurting and need insurance. WE NEED NON PARTISAN

It's GREAT that people are signing up because it puts a lie to the GOP position that no one wants or likes ACA! But want to bet the WH will try to take credit for "being more efficient and effective" because of the shortened sign-up? WH will play both ends against the middle.

What are the stats of people forced to pay penalties for not signing up? No one likes policies crammed down their throats!
