        its drastic to fire people based on accusations alone, but thats the way things are being done (unless you an R running for senate. >:( ) this just seems like a fishing expedition by some reporters looking to be the next one to bring someone down.

        no, he was forced to take time off while they investigated. the trend tends to be, accusation, then punishment, then maybe they'll considering trying to find the truth. it's been deemed better to just lay low or settle then try to fight.
