Get the hell out of that state. I'm a finance mgr. I see credit bureaus every day! Student loan debt is killing young people. Kids are going to College because its the right thing to do right??? And they are in BIG debt. Don't tell our kids to go to college unless family or free

"You didn't pay us enough, so we're going to prevent ourselves from getting paid the rest." Nice. South Dakota tried this with licenses. Guess how that turned out?

Even loan sharks realize that if you make it impossible to pay the loan back you WON'T GET PAID BACK.

Makes total sense. Can’t pay your student loans? Okay then we’re gonna take away your only source of income.

As if anybody struggling is itemizing. Give me a break. 75% of taxpayers take the standard deduction.

It's subtracted from gross income above the line. You don't have to itemize to take it.
