Would a Japanese leader been able to deal with NYs level of bureaucracy and disfunction? I feel Asia works because there is an awareness we are in this together.

I don't know about wonders. All I know is that I pay more. And, we have a Presto system that is faulty; which in the long run will most likely mean, more fare hikes.

For downtown commutes it’s good. Opening of the York U subway is going to help tens of thousands of folks next month too.
