          It isn’t the governing, but the lack of taxation of the wealthy citizens. We have people that get tax breaks for living in their penthouse for at least 6 months out of the year. The funding to repair just isn’t there. Meanwhile, the city is the safest/ cleanest it’s ever been.

          You didn’t comprehend it, did you? It’s okayC critical thought is a learned skill. The lack of taxation, coupled with years of stop-gaps and no real overhaul had lead to a well-performing, but on the brink system. Guess what happens when you continue to ignore?

          Paying multiple managers six figure incomes, none of who can manage their way out of a paper bag doesn't help. Which again, shows the government has made poor choices and no planning for the future.
