        This is typical Americanized “chop sui” version of a distant real delicious Italian Bolognese meal. Doesn’t even sound good. Yuk! So please don’t call it “Bolognese”. It’s an insult to the good people of Bologna.

        You see it a lot in America, just not in restaurants or on blogs because it's not trendy yet. I do a white Bolognese a few times a year -- it's less acidic than "regular" Bolognese and isn't as overpowering.
