The voting rights act was improperly adjudicated by a racist @USSupremeCourt who said racism is over. Really? And btw, the VRA still stands, only in a disarmed form like a limbless Lady Liberty holding no torch.

Interesting how as long as racial preferences work against people of color, everything is ok. I've come to believe that "the Law" is only what ppl in power say it is. Nothing more, nothing less. Not just, not ethical, not moral, not even necessarily correct.

Paging NYT headline writer, editor: the voting rights act is not a "racial preference policy". It is an equal rights policy. You must do better.

Thank you @nytimes for proving to me exactly why I cancelled my subscription months ago. You are sanitizing & normalizing the racism of the trump regime. White men love to play victim instead of work hard like the rest of us. SMFH

Super weird how he only attacks policies that benefit minorities, but never the more common ones that benefit white people (legacy admissions, gerrymandering favoring rural white voters, the electoral college, etc.).

        Yemen's dying children
While everyone's raving about Trump and Miranda's bump, 130 more children will die today in Yemen. That will make a total of 50,000 dead Yemeni children by the end of 2017.
