          And additionally just the horrific damage. Animals get injured, often killed when they get in it, and it can kill vegetation , and so much more.

          Nebraska will approve the permits anyway. The state is too red to care about an ecological disaster. I would love to be wrong, but most times Nebraska politicians are wrong.
