        NYCs population is not growing and jobs are not increasing. People are without jobs and hence the ridership decline. Also too EXPENSIVE. 120 per month for metro card is ridiculous

        Similar situation in Boston. Uber and other door-to-door services are skimming off riders fed up with deteriorating quality
