Cases like this, if the candidate has been removed due to extreme disqual. the party that put him up should forfeit the seat. Maybe RNC will get their nominees appropriately. Dems 2.

Sentimentally I agree. The only problem is, the gov gets to anoint the replacement.

That's what I mean, in 2 party system the seat should go to the other. It may not be what people voted for but provided the other party's nominee is properly vetted the seats theirs. Definitely incentive to properly vet nominees.

It would sure be sweet if that were possible. But making appointments is a powerful plum for a pol.

Moore is an indictment of the system. In the digital age we live in info is so much easier. All sitting should be vetted again & have to pass psych tests, financials scrutinized & fails forfeited inc. POTUS & his cabinet & he should be able to even nominate most of his nominees.

Of course it doesn’t “fly” to you or add up to you. You obviously can’t count. 14 year olds cannot point at a judge & say they were abused! Whatever, he’s going down with or without you supporting it. Go back under your rock

Why? Just let the people of Alabama vote. If they want Roy, let them have him. I don't think he will be anything more than laughing stock, but that is up to them if they want to hear1000 barbs involving malls and children
