Urban sprawl is only part of the story of Houston. The city was also built on an upbeat, pro-business strategy of low taxes and little government. Harvey called that concept into question. http://nyti.ms/2AJIJ5K pic.twitter.com/j4BNMDokUh

Scientists say climate change will demand moving, not just rebuilding. For many without flood insurance or savings, it's not so simple. Bruce Hooper would like to move. But he says, “we got nowhere else to go.”pic.twitter.com/Enwl8NjMxs

Like the rest of America, Texas is deeply divided. But extreme weather does not recognize political borders. Ultimately, any resolution will require that everyone face the same threats together. http://nyti.ms/2AJIJ5K pic.twitter.com/HhSS1W5Mvs

We need an intelligent, educated @POTUS who understand pro-active measures on climate change. An anti-science, intellectual minus is currently serving, not only not preparing, but obstructing prep. We R just f'd as a country w/Bozo in charge.

Americans can unite & fight for USA—or keep helping foreign govs & foreign- & corporate-controlled pols & MSM undermine Trump—so they can finish imperializing USA. MSM & 98 senators supported Russia #SanctionsBill, making Russia China’s top oil supplier. And hard ally—not ours.

How does moving people or making & selling more green products address global overpopulation? Pols, corporations & scientists fail to address global overpopulation because that would cost corporations, governments& scientists $trillions in sales, taxpayer dollars, funding. #green
